Father’s Day Gift Guide.

Father’s Day is just a few weeks away. I feel like Father’s Day never gets as much attention as Mother’s Day does lol. Why that is, I’m not certain. Fathers play just as an important part as mothers do in raising children. The special men in your life deserves more than just a coffee mug or a T-shirt with a clever saying. With the help of my husband, and some of our dear friends, I’ve put together this Father’s Day gift guide to help you find a gift he actually loves.

Gifts for The BBQ King.

The first Father’s day gift guide we came up with, is for the BBQ King, the man who rules the pit! A lot of men hold great pride over their barbecue skills. Here are a few things that you’re grilling man would love.

Perfect gifts for the BBQ dad!

My husband had always wanted a Weber barbecue. But, he thought it frivolous to spent that much on something just for himself. I’ve been a stay at home mom for over ten years, and with a joint bank account, it was hard to make a large surprise purchase like that. But when I had my Serendipity Creations small business, I was finally able to get him the BBQ of his dreams. It is definitely on the pricey side but will outlast the cheaper versions on the market.

Along with the Weber barbecue, of course my children wanted to buy him their own gifts: Weber accessories. It’s been three years now and the spatula and tong set still looks brand new.

The Meater is a wireless smart meat thermometer probe that connects to your phone through their app. The probe has 2 sensors, one of which monitors the meat temperature, and the other, the cooking temperature of the barbeque. Their advanced estimator gauges how long to cook and rest your meat for. You pretty much get the perfect BBQ every time!

For a less expensive alternative, the Weber thermometer will give you a reading when inserted into the meat.

Ladies! If you love grilled veggies, do your husband a favor and get him a grilling basket. Stop those slippery little veggies from slipping through the grills into your hubby’s clean barbecue. Makes the task so much easier and cleaner.

When entertaining, barbecuing can get your man’s nice and clean clothes stained fairly quickly. Save yourself the extra laundry work by getting him a manly apron. ( I know… husband can do laundry too. )

I don’t know about your husbands, but mine always opens up a beer while tending to his pit. These cast iron bottle openers. can be mounted to your patio.

This nifty little grilling tool rest will keep the side shelf nice and clean. All that grease can be so hard to clean.

If your husband is has a smoker, these shredding claws are great. They make picking up meat and tearing it up so quick.

Lastly, whether for the BBQ or smoker, silicone grilling gloves make handling large pieces of meat easier and safer.

Gifts for The Work from Home Dad.

Home office gifts.

My husband owns a flooring company, so I definitely needed to reel in some help for these gifts lol. At a recent birthday party, I rallied the tech husbands and asked them to make me a list of things they’d love for Father’s Day. As a result, this is my Father’s Day gift guide for the father who now works from home.

This first one is something I never would have thought of…a desk walking treadmill. I didn’t realize it was a thing, it’s pretty neat. For instance, sitting at a desk for 8 hours + a day can really affect your physical health. Therefor, pairing this treadmill with a stand up desk with adjustable height, can help keep him moving throughout the day.

Whether your husband has a stand up desk, or spends his day on a chair, a laptop stand can help alleviate neck pain from looking down at a screen all day.

A small dry erase pad is perfect for keeping important do-to lists in sight, or for writing sweet little notes to your man. A planner is also a great idea to keep productivity up and stay organized.

Sometimes you just need to plug a billion things into your computer lol. This USB C Hub lets you plug in multiple devices to your laptop.

In this era of technology, it’s become all about smart watches. They are so versatile. My husband loves watches, traditional and smart. He owns 3 smart ones…why? Ask him! lol! You can digitally change the faces, make calls, check messages, play music to your speaker, use it to pay at the store through Pay Pass…the list goes on. He loves this Samsung Galaxy watch.

This charger lets you charge your smart watch, your phone, and your air pods all at once.

Another smart watch that is popular is the Fitbit. It helps you live a healthier, more active life. There’s no shortage of things you can track with it.

How many of us are left with cold coffee unintentionally on a daily bases? This Ember Smart Mug will keep that cup of Joe heated to your desired temperature. Most importantly, I love the sleek black design.

Lastly, one of my favorites, the Echo Dot! We have these in every room in our house. It would be perfect for a home office. Small and compact, you can ask Alexa to play music, answer questions, read the news, check the weather, set alarms, control compatible smart home devices, and more.

Gifts for the Fisherman.

Next, I know a lot of fathers who are either avid hunters or fisherman. With summer around the corner, fishing season is on it’s way. Here are some gift ideas for the dad who spends his weekends fishing.

Gifts for the fisherman.

This boat tote accessory organizer is great! It keeps everything neatly together. Holds fishing rods, lures at hand, along with a space for tools like these. It has a sliding shelf, spaces for drinks, your phone, and more.

Staying organized in a small space like a boat is a must, a big tackle box definitely helps with that. Great for storing all these lures and baits. Having a fishing rod carrier is also a must.

It’s important to stay protected being out on the water all day. These lightweight long sleeve UV protective shirts, help keep you cool and out of sun’s harm. Along with a wide brim fishing hat.

Gifts for the Handy Dad.

My husband is a Jack of all trades, and I’m so grateful for it! The amount of beautiful things he’s built me is immense. Ladies, if you want your husband to be handy, you’ve got to get him the right tools! As a seasoned pro, his favorite tool brand is by far Dewalt. He owns every tool they make. Here are some of his favorites…

Gifts for the handyman.

The Dewalt drill combo set comes with a drill driver and impact drill. The impact drill is smaller in size and can fit into compact spaces. It comes with two batteries and a charger so he’s always ready to go.

He’ll also need a Miter saw. This Dewalt one is a smaller one to store, but can still get the job done.

This next one, I’ve used more than my husband. When I was making handmade signs, I would need to sand all my wood down. The Dewalt cordless orbital sander is great! It’s small and easy to use.

Finally, 2 great saws to have are a reciprocating saw for cutting wood and metal while building, and a jigsaw for cutting on flat surfaces.

For the Golfing Dad.

As for this next one, my husband is not a golfer, it’s never been something that sparked much interest in him. I rounded up a few cool things that I think golfers would like.

The first one reminds me of my kid’s soccer nets LOL . With this pop-up golf net your husband could practice his chipping skills right in the backyard.

Another cool backyard golf practice tool is this putting green mat.

The technology they have nowadays astounds me sometimes. With this rangefinder, your hubby can easily lock onto the putting flag and see the distance he needs to cover, along with the slope ahead.

This golf shoe bag has ventilated pockets, along with space for storing golf tees or balls.

Lastly, this cleaning set keeps your golf shoes, clubs, and balls sparkling clean. It can easily be attached to a golf bag.

Gifts for the Casual Dresser.

Most of my husband’s clothing is either Diesel, or Under Armour. I remember growing up, my mother-in-law always commenting that all he wore were jeans and joggers…well 20 years later, it hasn’t changed. I think my hubby looks mighty fine in all his tapered Under Armour joggers. They have many different kinds of fabric, ranging from thicker fleece lined for winter to lightweight wicking fabric for summer. Same for their T-shirts and sweatshirts. I love their running shoes for the whole family. Although I’ve selected my favorite styles and colors, they have a huge array of clothing for any sport, from head to toe.

My favorite dad styles.

I hope this blog post helps you find an amazing gift for your man. Like mothers, fathers should be celebrated everyday. Let’s make sure, they feel just as special as we did on our special day. Thank you for stopping by today.
