Play pretend with @cricut_ca
Joining my two loves, baking and crafting, to make the ultimate bakery for my daughter.

I am continuously in awe of the amazing things that my Cricut Maker 3 let's me create. From being able to work with over 300 materials and having access to 700 000 images, fonts, and ready-to-go projects with my Design Space Access Subscription, there's no limit to my creativity!

To make the sweet treats for the bakery, and the money, I used the rotary blade to cut-out all the felt. I used Iron-On vinyl for the details. With the Easy Press 3, I was able to press multiple treats at once. Once all my bakery pieces were ready, I sewed and stuffed them with fluff.
For the apron, I used Printable Iron-On and the print and cut feature. Using that same image and cardstock this time, I put together a matching banner.

And to finish off, I made little treat boxes to pack up the goods. Using the Quick-Swap tips, made it so easy to switch from the scoring tip to fine point blade in a snap!

Wow this Easter with these decadent brownies!

These caramel brownies are fudgy, moist, rich, and full of sweet goodness. Although there is some wait time between layers, each recipe is very simple and can be made on it's own to serve up, if you don't have time to put the whole thing together.

Brownies:

-1 c. melted butter
-1 2/3 c. White sugar
-1 1/4 c. cocoa powder
-1/2 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-3 eggs
-3/4 c. all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 325* F. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. I. A mixi g bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, cocoa, salt, and vanilla. Mixture will be very thick an gritty. Mix in one egg at a time. Add flour and mix till incorporated. Pour batter in baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30 min. Let cool, and pop in the fridge for an hour.

Caramel layer:

-1 can of condensed milk
-2/3 c. brown sugar
-11 Tbsp. butter
-1 tsp. vanilla

Combine condensed milk, sugar, and butter in a pot. Melt on medium-low, when mixture begins to bubble, continue to whisk a few minutes until it becomes a tan caramel color. Pour caramel onto cooked brownies and spread evenly. Refrigerate an another hour.

For the chocolate layer, melt 2 c. of semi-sweet chocolate, pour on-top of caramel layer and sprinkle with crushed Mini Eggs.

You can make these brownies a day ahead and refrigerate to save time.

I can't believe our youngest is 3! Sofia is currently obsessed with rainbows, so of course that had to be her birthday theme.

I found the perfect invitations to match the theme from Greetings Island. They have so many amazing designs and templates to choose from. I loved how easy and quickly I could edit the invites. From editing text, changing fonts, adding, and deleting elements, till it was just right.

They also have so many options to send out the invitations. You could send them online as a fun digital invite or get prints made. They even have the option to create an event page where you can manage the RSVPs. The perfect solution to make party planning easier and take a load off.

I baked a beautiful rainbow cake, put together some pastel toned cookies and matching popcorn. Made a banner and rainbows to match the colors of the invitations. And put out favors for the kids. Everything tied in perfectly!

Sofia loved everything, and we had an amazing time celebrating our little princess.

I couldn't be more excited to add the Cricut Maker 3 to my crafting line-up. Did you know you can work with over 300 different materials with it? Including wood! Now that's impressive.

I wanted to to create an Easter tablescape to go with my theme of pastels and natural fibers. Using Design Space and my Access Subscription, which give me access to over 700 000 images and so many ready to go projects, I created my designs.

I purchased a plain linen table runner and used a mix of different Cricut Iron-On materials as well as the Cricut Heat App and my EasyPress 3 to put it all together. I also made cute vases by decorating them with vinyl cutouts of bunnies, carrots, and flowers. Working with wood was a first for me and I was so impressed with how well the place settings turned out using the Cricut Wood Veneer.
