Chicken BLT Wraps
Low carb lettuce wraps packed full of flavor.
Chicken
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Granulated Garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Granulated Onion
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Ranch Dressing
- 1/3 c. Sour Cream
- 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Granulated Garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Granulated Onion
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Parsley
- 1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano
- 1/4 tsp. Dried Basil
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
Toppings
- 1 head Boston Lettuce
- 2 Fresh Tomatoes
- 1 c. Bacon Bits
Chicken
Mix garlic, onion, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
Coat chicken breasts in olive oil then sprinkle with seasoning.
BBQ on medium-low heat till internal temperature reaches 165*F
Let rest for 5 minutes then dice into small pieces.
Toppings
Separate, wash, and dry Boston lettuce leaves.
Dice tomatoes into small cubes.
Cook bacon till crisp, then chop into small pieces.
Assembly
Place a lettuce leaf on a plate. Add chicken, dressing, tomatoes, and bacon.
Fold gently and support with hand to eat!

Everything can be made ahead of time. You can cook your chicken and bacon the day before. Same for dicing the tomatoes and making the dressing.
