All you need is mini clear zip lock bags, graham crackers, chocolate squares or mini bars, heart marshmallows, and the free printables you can find in the 🔗 in my BIO.

I'm Dough-Nuts for you 🥰

Making doughnuts at home can seem like a daunting task, but it's super easy. Here's a simple recipe you can use to fry up a sweet treat for your little ones.

-1 c. Lukewarm Milk
-1/4 c. White Sugar
-2 1/2 tsp. Yeast
-2 eggs
-10 Tbsp. Melted Butter
-1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
-4 c. All-purpose Flour
-1/2 tsp. Salt

Mix milk, sugar, and yeast in a measuring cup, let sit 5 min. Next, in a large bowl or stand mixer, combine flour and salt. Add in the milk mixture, eggs, butter, vanilla, and combine. In stand mixture with a hook, mix about 5 min till a smooth dough is formed. Or knead by hand till you get a nice smooth dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hrs.

Roll dough out on floured surface till about 1/2 in. thick. Cut your doughnut shapes and place on a parchment lined cookie sheets (make sure to leave room between each doughnut) cover with a dishtowel and let rise about 30 min.

Heat oil to 350*F and fry the doughnuts about 1 min per side, till golden brown. Top with powdered sugar, sugar-cinnamon, fill with jam, or ice (mix 2c. Icing Sugar, 1/3 c. Cream, and 1/2 tsp. Vanilla) and add sprinkles.

If you’re looking for something sugar-free, unique, and eco-friendly for your kids to hand out at school this Valentine’s Day, these heart-shaped seed papers are just the thing. This is a little more hands-on as a project, but so simple that your kids can make them on their own.

Simply collect scraps of tissue paper, cardstock, paper, and egg cartons. You’ll want to shred everything into small pieces, place in a blender with some water, and blend till you get a smoothish pulp. You can add some food coloring if you wish, then packs of flower seeds. Using a sieve, get out as much water as you can and press a small amount into a cookie cutter. Use a sponge to pull out extra moisture. Let dry for a day or two, and voila, you’ve made seeds paper. Now you can plant it and watch beautiful flowers grow.

Who remembers the iconic profiteroles brownie that Costco used to carry during the holidays?

When they stopped selling it I was beside myself, so as a professional baker, I thought, "hey, I can make this!" And I've been making it every holiday season for years now. This year I decided to cheat and use ready made profiteroles from Costco which makes it effortlessly easy and quick to put together this stunning dessert.

For the Brownie:

-10 Tbsp of Melted Butter
-1 1/4 c. White Sugar
-3/4 c. Cocoa Powder
-1 tsp. Vanilla
-2 Eggs
-1/2 c. All-purpose Flour

Bake 325* for 25 min.

Chocolate Ganache:
-1 c. Heavy Cream
-1 c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Bring cream to a simmer, pour over chocolate and whisk till you get a thick creamy chocolate sauce.

By making my kids custom mugs 🤗 Out activity advent calendar called for a hot cocoa board last weekend so I knew this was the perfect time to make these mugs!

I create 2 designs, one with 🌲 for the 🎀 and added bows for the girls. Using my @cricut MugPress and Infusible Ink (which makes them last way longer than vinyl) make them. Hot cocoa treat! Here's a twist on the tradition

Hot cocoa treat!

Here's a twist on the traditional hot cocoa bombs. No need for fancy molds here. I created these for our upcoming hot cocoa board activity in our Advent calendar this weekend 😉 Here's what you need:

🌲 Mini cups
🌲 Popsicle sticks (got clears acrylic ones from the craft store)
🌲 Candy melts
🌲 Hot cocoa mix
🌲 Mini marshmallows
🌲 Sprinkles

Melt the candy melts. Make a slit with✂️ on one side. Pour melted chocolate into the cup, swirl and cover the inside. Let harden, then fill 2/3 with hot cocoa mix, and mini marshmallows. Place popsicle stick down in center of the cup. Fill the rest of the cup with melted candy melts. Add a few more marshmallows to the top before it sets. Let harden completely before unmolding. Decorate with colored candy melts and sprinkles! Enjoy!
